One On One Kicking teaches athletes the correct form
and technique for kicking and punting. Unlike any
other camp, One On One is truly that, One On One
training.
Smaller, more concentrated class sizes with top quality
professional kicking coaches ensure our athletes a
level of quality, personal training unheard of in
the industry. In fact, only two players who worked with One On One DID NOT make All-American! One On One has had the top High School All-American the last 5 years!

The first part of the summer is dedicated to techniques and drills.
As the summer progresses, pads and helmets are added, to start the preparation for practice and game situations. Body bags, cages and other props are used to provide distractions and barriers on each kick, and air horns and extra noises are mixed in to prepare the kicker/punter for the important mental side of the game.
The get off times and other timings are measured on every kick, and players are shown techniques to reduce those times, without sacrificing technique.
One On One also utilizes film training to maximize improvement. Read more about it >>
We also provide training year round to snappers! Blind snapping is a key technique we teach, to help snappers master the concentration needed, and learn the proper form and technique.
